Rick & Tony We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you guys did to get us out of town and back to Kansas City last Friday July 2nd 2004. You took control of a situation that could have ruined our vacation and made it merely a small inconveniance. We were very fortuntate to have called you out of all the companies in the phone book. We aren't exactly sure what compelled us to call you, but we are glad we did. Considering it was the afternoon of a Holiday weekend, we were impressed at how you did not seem "put out" by our frantic phone call for help. Your calmness & professionalism were very reassuring. If you are looking for a repair on your vehicle this is THE place to go. I have an 85 K5 Blazer and when the transmission went out I had no clue where to even start. You were the 2nd shop I had quote me on the repairs my car needed. I felt compelled to write this review due to the extraordinary experience I had with your service. First off, Tony's polite and courteous attitude towards helping me get my transmission fixed made the entire ordeal pleasant and worthy of mention. He not only had my van fixed in two days but he also saved me $1300.00 under what was quoted by two nationally known franchise transmission companies. He also called several times to update me on how things where going and to get my approval for the service Walker Transmission was to perform to get me back on the road. As a handicapped person I found these actions to be of ease to my situation without the fear of being taken advantage of. I recommend Walker Transmission to any and all who find themselves in need of a reliable and sincere transmission shop or other auto repair job.
